Our vision

We are passionate about bringing businesses together, for better.

CMMS has been designed to help people, business owners and entrepreneurs manage tasks in an automated, simple and centralised way.

Our goal is to ensure everyone can benefit from cloud technology to manage tasks without having to carry the burden of high labour costs often associated with administration, project and asset management.

WHAT WE OFFER

The CMMS platform can be used during the design, construction and operational phases of any asset, including maintenance tracking and scheduling.

Maintenance teams, planners and managers don’t need to spend time searching for information, working in silos.  We have integrated digital work health and safety procedures that can be applied to specific assets and maintenance tasks.  We bring your people and your assets together.

Our platform provides key stakeholders a secure, real-time environment to store, access, share and track all the information related to any specific asset.  When used over the lifetime of an asset, it becomes a powerful system for asset management.

Why us?

The team at CMMS is committed to establishing, maintaining and building mutually beneficial long term
relationships built on trust, collaboration and professionalism.  We are a New Zealand owned company formally incorporated in July 2021, and registered in Australia since 2021.

Previously, CMMS 2021 traded as CALD Enterprises Ltd, a service and maintenance company operating throughout New Zealand, specialising in the delivery of small to medium sized projects, maintenance works and reliability engineering consultation.

In early 2017 CALD commenced development of a software platform designed to make projects, maintenance tasks and work health and safety compliance simpler. Following rigorous testing, the platform was successfully launched in late 2018 across multiple industries.

Since 2019, there has been significant development in the platform and CMMS continues to go from strength to strength.

We now work in partnership with businesses in New Zealand and Australia across a wide range of service industries, and offer a truly unique service to clients – a 100% cloud-based solution for any industry that requires project, maintenance works, work health and safety compliance and the scheduling of our most valuable resource, people.
